Depending on the amount of information requested in an access request, a nominal fee may be reasonably charged to cover the costs of responding to the request.

6.3 Appeal to the Commission d'accès à l'information 

If you are dissatisfied with how AGENCE CALI has handled your request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, particularly in the event of no response or an unsatisfactory response, you may submit a request for review of the disagreement to the Commission d'accès à l'information.

7. WHAT ARE THE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PEOPLE WHO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
